Stay in touch with every pool you build.
OwnerCare Pro texts and emails your customers the care reminders they need all year, signed with your company name. When something needs doing, they request service in one tap and it lands on your list.
The first year after a build
One tile per week, starting the day the pool is finished. Pick a lit tile to see the message your customer gets.
Set it up once for each customer
Add the customer when the build is done
Their full year of reminders is scheduled right away. Past customers can come in from a spreadsheet, and reminders dated before today are skipped.
Reminders go out on their dates
By text, email or both, under your business name. You can change the wording and timing of every message.
They tap to request service
The request shows up in your bookings with the days that work for them and anything you should know, like a gate code.
Questions builders ask
- Will my customers see OwnerCare Pro?
- Messages come from your business name. The page they open shows your logo and brand color, with a small "Care reminders by OwnerCare Pro" line at the bottom.
- What if a customer doesn't want texts?
- Replying STOP turns texts off right away, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Each customer's page shows which messages they still receive.
- Can I change the schedule?
- Yes. Edit any step's name, timing, wording, or whether it goes by text, email or both. Upcoming reminders update when you save, and sent history stays as it was.
- We close pools in the fall. Is that covered?
- Opening and closing reminders go out on fixed dates each year. If you build in a year-round climate, turn them off when you sign up.
- Do you handle spas or irrigation?
- There are starter schedules for hot tubs, swim spas, and sprinkler and drip systems, alongside gunite, fiberglass and vinyl pools.
